Session Title

Accelerate Digital Transformation through Agility

Session Overview

Covid19, Global lockdowns were all quite unpreceded which we all went through for last 2 ½ years. Anxiety, depressions, financial loss, loss of life, discontinuity in the education…and the list may be countless, are all the undesirable things which happened and we had a very less control on that. But one positive thing that happened is – the world did not come to and end, we moved and we moved Virtually. What was the one key thing which made it possible? Digital Transformation!! Starting from Banking industry to retail, hospital, IT, Entertainment, all adopted Digital Transformation to be relevant in the marketplace. Digital Transformation is the process of upgrading the legacy and manual way of doing things to a Digital One, to meet evolving customer expectations, automate tasks and drive productivity. However, Digital Transformation at scale is always a risky affair. A big change and doing something out of comfort zone always comes with uncertainty and ambiguity. Agility helps manage and mitigate those risks, restrict exposures and have more certainty about outcomes without compromising the collaboration and co-creation that are so pivotal to sustainable Organizational Success. Agility doesn’t just confer a competitive advantage; it can make the difference between wins and losses. This case study will talk about Digital Transformation and Metaverse in Healthcare Industry and how Agile Methodologies will help in navigating through uncertainties, mitigate risks, help in targeting and archiving specific outcomes and clearly defining responsibilities and accountabilities to be successful.
