Manoj Jain is a technologist by education, tester by passion, and cyclist by choice. He currently serves as Senior Director – Software Development at Axtria, bringing over 24 years of experience in building high-quality products across leading software organizations.

Throughout his career, Manoj has led initiatives across quality engineering, sustaining engineering, software development, project management (PMO), and enterprise agile coaching. A strong advocate for quality-first engineering, he has been instrumental in scaling enterprise-grade software solutions in product-based companies.

Manoj is a recognized thought leader in the testing and agile communities. He has authored numerous blogs and has been a speaker at prestigious conferences across India, sharing insights on quality engineering, agile practices, and emerging technologies.

He holds an MCA and an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow. Prior to Axtria, Manoj has worked at Mezocliq, Oracle, MakeMyTrip, CA Technologies, Nucleus Software, Newgen Software, and NIIT.
